Data & Account Deletion

To delete your account and associated data, choose either option:

• In the app. Open More → Settings and use the account / sign-out options, then email us the request below to complete permanent deletion.
• By email. Send a message to [email protected] from the email address on your account (or including the name/email you signed up with), with the subject “Account deletion request”.

On a verified request we permanently delete the personal information tied to your account, including:

• Your profile (name, email, goals and preferences).
• Your health-tracking data — injection/dose logs, weight entries, protocols and notes.
• Your app activity, such as learning progress and settings.

If you have placed store orders, we may retain limited transaction records (e.g. invoices) where we are legally required to — for example, to meet tax and accounting obligations. Such records are kept only for the period the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.

We action verified deletion requests within 30 days. Backups are purged on our providers’ normal rotation cycle shortly thereafter. We’ll confirm by email once your data has been removed.
