Learn peptides, properly
Plain-English guides to dosing, storage, and reconstitution — plus what each peptide actually does. Read freely; create an account only when you want to track your own protocol.
Start with the basics
What is reconstitution?
Peptides ship as a freeze-dried powder. You add bacteriostatic water before use — more water makes small doses easier to measure.
How to store peptides
Keep unmixed vials cool and dark. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within roughly four weeks.
Dosing by body & goal
Dose is influenced by body weight, age, and your goal. Start conservative and adjust based on how you respond.
