These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Outsourced CTO (Pty) Ltd t/a Online Peptide (“Online Peptide”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing or using the app or website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Online Peptide. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits.
• Copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app, website, or their content without our written permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Upload malicious code or misuse the service in a way that could harm us or other users.

Online Peptide is a self-tracking and information tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content and calculators are for general information only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health. You are solely responsible for how you use any information in the app.

Products offered through the website are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes only and are not for human or veterinary use. We are not a pharmacy. Where you place an order, applicable pricing, shipping and returns terms shown at checkout also apply. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where required by law.

The app, the website, and all of their content — including software, source code, design, text, graphics, logos, and the “Online Peptide” brand — are owned by Outsourced CTO (Pty) Ltd t/a Online Peptide or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information in it is complete or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outsourced CTO (Pty) Ltd t/a Online Peptide will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of South Africa will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, indicated by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
